Cancellation Policy

a. Whether one booking has done 25% compulsory deduction on total tariff.

b. Cancellation made from 15 to 30 days prior to the booked date – a fee is 50% of total billing.

c. Cancellation made from 8 to 14 days prior to the booked date – a fee is 70% of total billing.

d. Cancellation made from 0 to 7 days prior to the booked date – cancellation charge is full amount of total billing.

e. For Peak Season, all reservations payments are non-refundable.
